"This article is a good example of the commitment by SPN members to improve practice in a systematic rigorous process" Fowler et al (2020).
Abstract:

The clinical article this month recounts an evidence-based project and the application of the Iowa model to change policy initially for a single unit. Following data evaluation, the policy was change was accepted and the new procedure deemed ‘best practice’ became the standard throughout pediatrics at that institution. This article is a good example of the commitment by SPN members to improve practice in a systematic rigorous process.
