This statewide assessment was performed to determine hospital use of infection prevention products and to examine differences between larger and smaller hospitals” Rupp et al (2016).

Abstract:

An array of devices and products designed to prevent health care-associated infections are commercially available. Data indicating device efficacy are often mixed and frequency of product use is largely unknown. This statewide assessment was performed to determine hospital use of infection prevention products and to examine differences between larger and smaller hospitals.
