Nurse allegedly forged signature after setting up intravenous drip

Horan will face an NMC misconduct panel in London this week. She has yet to enter pleas to any of the charges against her. It is alleged she “inappropriately administered” a paracetamol drip to a patient on February 21 last year when she had “not been deemed competent to do so” and “without a second nurse present”.
