Intravenous (IV) drips sabotaged


Intravenous news: report “A woman has been arrested after intravenous drips used in a hospital’s child and female wards were sabotaged. Holes were found in bags containing fluids being transferred into patients’ bloodstreams. The hospital refused to say how many times it had happened.

It has not been revealed whether the woman, who was bailed, was a member of staff, a patient or a visitor at Bristol’s Southmead Hospital.”
