PICC management in lung cancer patients

“102 patients with lung cancer (LC) treated in the oncology department were selected. 52 patients in the control group were treated with routine PICC catheterization evaluation management process, and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with two-way evaluation mode. Patients with lung cancer were treated with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) through peripheral vein. The general data of the two groups were observed and compared; The success rate of one-time catheterization, psychological anxiety score before catheterization, pain score during catheterization and catheter retention time were compared and analyzed between the two groups; The incidence of complications such as phlebitis and thrombosis and the score of patients’ quality of life were investigated and analyzed in the form of follow-up.”
