IPS 6th Annual IV Forum Conference 2016 – #IPSIV16 – ‘Read Between The Lines’

After the success of last year’s conference in Sheffield, the Infection Prevention Society (IPS) IV Forum would like to invite you to attend their 6th annual conference ‘Read Between the Lines’ on Tuesday 22nd November at The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. The event will be free to IPS members and £46 for non-members to attend.

The conference will focus on interventions and evidence to reduce CRBSI, change staff behaviour and the exciting work that is going on around vascular access and will include talks on Needle free connectors, the IV Passport Project and Feedback from the Aintree VHP Evaluation 2016.

This day will be of interest to Infection Prevention and Control Practitioners, IV Nurse Specialists, Vascular Access Teams, OPAT Teams, Critical Care Nurses, Microbiologists, Anaesthetists and anyone with an interest in vascular access and current infection prevention practices related to vascular access. The day starts with registration at 8.45am, and finishes at 4.00pm. On arrival you will receive a delegate pack, tea and coffee is served between breaks and you will be given a full buffet lunch. There will be an exhibition featuring a range of companies, it will be well worth visiting their stands.
