Intravenous conference: After the tremendous success of the inaugural event in Birmingham last year, the Infection Prevention Society (IPS) IV Forum is hosting a one day conference which is being held on Thursday 29th November at Old Trafford, Manchester.

Improving patient safety including reducing the risk of healthcare associated infections is a priority as healthcare teams continue to seek improvements in practice and technologies to prevent infections associated with IV therapy. As a result this one day conference will focus on providing education and raising awareness of best practice based on the current evidence available.
