Request for collaboration in Vascular Access research

Intravenous news: The NIHR Health Technology Assessment Programme is seeking proposals for primary research in a) Long-term central venous access devices for the delivery of systematic intravenous therapy – subcutaneously tunnelled central lines versus venous access ports and b) Long-term central venous access devices for the delivery of systematic intravenous therapy – subcutaneously tunnelled central lines versus peripherally inserted central catheters.

A multi-professional team in Glasgow are intending to submit a proposal by October 2011. The team are seeking interest from other teams who may be interested in collaborating with the centre in Glasgow. If this would be of interest to you please contact Linda Kelly (details below).
