The Australian Vascular Access Society (AVAS) will host their inaugural scientific meeting April 29th -30th 2016 at the Brisbane Convention Centre. To grow local state membership with this unique society the WA AVAS leads and the WA chapter of the Alliance for Vascular Access Teaching and Research (AVATAR) Group hold their first forum at the University Club of The University of Western Australia.

This forum will promote networking for healthcare professionals who are involved in vascular access and related therapies within WA. The programme contains a variety of speakers discussing all things vascular access; from peripheral to central devices, from insertion to surveillance and management, and of course, policy.
The event is booked out, however, you can follow the forum on Twitter using #AVASWA. Questions from Twiiter from around the world will be considered in a dedciated Q&A final session.
