Extravasation injury baby

Baby Lai Yok Shan, who lost her left arm soon after birth when it turned gangrenous, turned one year old on Saturday. Last year, Yok Shan was the focus of the Chinese people when she lost her left arm soon after birth – the result of an extravasation injury.Yok Shan and her family are still waiting for compensation to be agreed.
